Students and staff at Dickson Elementary School gathered together in the gym last Friday to remember the events that took place on this day eight years ago. The program began as Daniel Holcombe, a third grade student in Mrs. Fussell/ Ms. Becky's room, lead the student body with ..."I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, on Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."
Mrs. Eve Larkins then read about the events which took place on September 11, 2001. Mrs. Carol Chandler read the book
